Happy Monday, everyone! Here is a little quote that will help you through the day. Think about where your energy is going and what you’re putting most of it into. Good intentions and attitudes will help the positive surpass the negative. All it takes is happy thoughts!

In searching for inspiration, I would pose that someone who inspires is someone who has the ability to articulate what can be as opposed to what is. When I examine the figures of inspiration in my own life, I am struck by their ability to articulate and envision a world of what can be in contrast to what is. I think that inspirational figures can expand an individual's moral imagination and capacity for what can be done. For figures of inspiration, I would search for individuals like this, figures that can expand one's abilities and capacity for greatness in all forms. What do you think of the outfits i picked out for Rome? I also packed a big warm jacket that goes well with all the outfits below but I did not include a photo in this post. I would love to hear your comments and or suggestions. Thanks:)
This year my mom turned 50 and I wanted to surprise her with a gift that would be both memorable and exciting. My brothers and I thought what better way to celebrate a mile stone than to take her to visit one of the most ancient cities in the world ITALY! Our upcoming trip will begin in Rome followed by Florence, and conclude in Venice. To enjoy your stay in the Eternal City you need to carry the right clothes so you can comfortably take in all of the beautiful Italian sights. Here is my Italy packing list to help you decide what to wear in Rome and other tips for travelers visiting the city during the fall: Clothing 2 pairs of walking/comfortable shoes (one closed toe/one open, weather permitting) 1 rainproof jacket 2 pairs of pants (one dressy, one casual; cotton blend is recommended: when washed, it dries faster than jeans) 1 belt (optional) 4 pairs of socks (cotton blend) 5 pairs of underwear (silk, lace, or micro-fiber dries quickest) 1 lace bra 4–6 shirts (long/short-sleeved, various colors) 1–2 light cardigans for layering 1–2 skirts (wrinkle-resistant; one should be at least knee-length for church visits) 1 dress (optional) Hat (optional) Scarf (optional) Vest (optional; great for layering) Sleepwear Toiletries/Medicine Body soap/puff/synthetic washcloth; most European hotels do not supply washcloths Toothbrush/toothpaste/floss Shampoo/conditioner Brush/comb Lotion (spf recommended) Vaseline (for feet; great for potential blisters) Razor (non-electric) Sunscreen, insect repellent Prescription drugs (in original container with your name and your doctor's name, write down generic name) First aid kit Feminine hygiene products Deodorant Nail clippers/file/tweezers Spare glasses and/or prescription, mini-eyeglass repair kit, or contact lenses and supplies Hand sanitizer Vitamins For the rest of what you'll want to pack (documents, money, travel info, and some creative extras) I traveled with a full size backpack on a previous trip to Indonesia and quickly realized I didn't need most of the items I brought with me. A couple of months into the trip I couldn’t stand lugging around all the weight and ended up tossing both the bag and its contents. I trashed the stuff I hadn’t been using – mostly clothes (extra jeans, sweaters, shirts) and decided to travel only with the carry on and the detachable day pack which was the best decision I could have made. For this trip, I made sure not to repeat my mistakes and planned each item very carefully. Please note: Most of Europe’s Budget Airlines have this Carryon Bag Allowance: 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Always check your airlines individual baggage rules and regulations in advance.
HOPE YOU FOUND THIS POST WHAT TO WEAR IN ROME HELPFUL! DON’T FORGET TO SHARE THE LOVE ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND PINTEREST THANKS FOR READING! “There is a season for wildness and a season for settledness and this is neither. This season is about becoming.”
